Boost Focus & Self-Confidence! Lower Stress (yes, so possible) & Ease Anxiety 🙂
In our first three-day Summer Camp, kids in Grades 1 to 5 will learn mindfulness skills, beginning yoga postures and practice deep relaxation. These practices will teach them how to pay attention, calm down strong emotions, and relax their muscles and minds.
The Mindfulness & Yoga Camp meets Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, August 9, 10 & 11 from 2:30 – 4:30 pm at the Madison Community House in downtown Madison, New Jersey. Mary Lea Crawley of Mindful Kids and Maria Usewick and Linda Metcalf of Anchored Minds & Bodies will provide a rotating series of classes in yoga, mindful skills, mindful crafts, mindful snacking and deep relaxation each day. There will be games and handouts on each day’s topics.
