Classes for Kids Start Saturday!

Mindfulness strengthens the part of the brain that helps us focus and pay attention.  It relaxes our nervous systems, lowers our stress levels, and deepens our empathy.  


Beginning Mindfulness for Kids — Starts this Saturday, January 9:

10 – 11 am
First/Second Graders

11:15 – 12:15 pm
Third/Fourth Graders

Classes meet for 8 weeks (no classes on Saturday, February 13 (Presidents’ Weekend)).
