Please join Mary Lea Crawley for an introduction to the benefits of mindfulness! In this presentation, you will learn what mindfulness is and why more and more medical centers, corporations and schools are using it to help their employees and clients lower stress and improve focus and concentration. Mindfulness is to the brain what exercise is to the body. Come learn why!
